![]() ![]() High school students are also invited to engage in a number of virtual clubs including Student Government (STUGO), science, drawing, cooking, painting, National Honor Society, and more. Aim High Academy serves children in the Tulsa community through gymnastics & ninja classes. ![]() Live classes are hosted in Zoom so students have a chance to get to know one another and build friendships with other students. Students are referred to the program through participating. Ignite Academy aims to scale up to support up to 360 students across six program sites in grades 2 to 7. Aim High Academy is a sports organization that provides gymnastics training programs, camps, facilities, and events for children. High school students are invited to attend live classes throughout the week to extend their learning in the online curriculum and work alongside their teachers and peers as they conduct experiments, engage in academic conversation, work on projects, and expand their knowledge. Ignite Academy will offer out-of-school programming four days a week to help kids succeed academically while wrapping other supports around kids and their families. High school students should plan to spend 3.5 - 5 hours completing their schoolwork each day. Students will continue to engage in Math, Language Arts, History, and Science courses, but will be afforded the opportunity to enroll in more specialized learning pathways, elective courses, and foreign languages. Students in high school are encouraged to advocate for themselves, contact teachers directly, and take ownership of their learning in order to abundantly prepare them for college and their future career. ![]() During the high school years, the role of the parent/coach is significantly reduced when compared to elementary and middle school responsibilities. ![]()
